What is the Live Job Updates Feature?
The Live Job Updates feature allows roofing partners to receive real-time notifications via email whenever there is a change in the status of their submitted jobs. This means you’ll be instantly alerted when key actions take place, such as:
First Contact Attempt: Know exactly when Eave reaches out to a potential customer on your behalf.
Quote Sent: Get notified as soon as a quote has been delivered, so you can prepare for next steps.
Contract Signed: Be the first to know when a customer signs, allowing you to celebrate and schedule accordingly!
How Does It Work?
Here’s how you can take advantage of this new feature:
Enable Notifications Per Job: When submitting a new Residential Solar Job or Solar Detach & Replacement Job through the Eave Portal, simply toggle the option to Receive Email Notifications. You can choose to turn this feature “ON” or “OFF” for each job, depending on your preferences.
Manage Notifications for All Jobs: From the "Notifications" page in the app, you have the flexibility to enable or disable notifications for all jobs at once. If needed, you can also temporarily Pause all notifications with just a click, ensuring you receive updates only when it suits you.
Detailed Job Stage Descriptions: When viewing a job in the Eave Portal, you will now see a detailed description of the current stage. This provides you with deeper insights into the progress and any actions that might be required, helping you plan ahead more effectively.
